Daily Tasks

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the concrete polishing and epoxy flooring team
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of equipment and tools
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Polishing / Epoxy Flooring Foreman or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of concrete polishing and epoxy flooring techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Additional Skills

• Experience with concrete surface preparation and repair
• Familiarity with different types of epoxy and coating systems
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to operate concrete polishing and grinding equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
