The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for selling and managing jobs from startup through closeout. This position plays a key role in providing solutions to our customers needs based upon specifications and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and promote our Core Values:

What You'll Do as an Estimator / Project Manager

• Review take-offs, drawings and bid packages to develop estimates and proposals
• Develop customer relationships
• Lead projects from start up through completion ensuring scope, quality, timing and budgets are met
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, field teams, vendors and customers
• Track project performance through costs, WIP reporting and budgeting

Estimator / Project Manager Requirements:

• Project Management experience in commercial / industrial construction (industrial flooring preferred).
• Ability to review bid packages and drawings
• Experience managing projects, budgets and schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills
